1. Service Agreement

By signing up for our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following terms:
✅ We will provide the selected cleanup service (weekly, twice a week, or biweekly) based on your chosen plan.
✅ Service availability depends on weather conditions and access to your property.
✅ If we cannot access your yard (locked gate, aggressive dog, etc.), we will notify you, but the visit is still chargeable.

2. Pricing & Payments

✅ All recurring services are billed monthly in advance via your chosen payment method.
✅ One-time cleanups must be paid upfront via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.
✅ Additional charges apply for multiple dogs, front yard cleanup, or deodorizing treatments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

✅ You may cancel or pause your subscription with a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.
✅ No refunds for missed visits due to lack of access unless notified in advance.
✅ If you cancel mid-month, no partial refunds are provided.

4. Liability Waiver

✅ We take care to provide excellent service, but we are not responsible for damage to lawns, gates, or property if caused by pre-existing conditions.
✅ We do not treat lawns for bacteria or parasites—our service is for waste removal only.
✅ Pet owners are responsible for securing their dogs before service.
